23 RG CARES Team thanks donors, volunteers AFTER FOUR weeks of activities, RG CARES is pleased to report that we have collected over $1.5m in cash, more than $2.5m in donated products and supplies and have been able to deliver almost 2,000 care packages, more than a thousand bags of ice, charged hundreds of devices and facilitated scores of people in making connections with loved ones. This has only been possible through the over 50 staff volunteers, including several managers who have helped to sort, pack, transport and deliver RG CARES volunteers make their way on foot into hard-to-reach and hillside communities in St Elizabeth, ensuring that residents in the most isolated areas receive relief.
