He was recognised for his more than thirty-five (35) years of voluntary service in non-profit work. Dr Davidson was also inducted in the prestigious Marquis Who’s Who bio- graphical registry in 2021 for his, ‘philanthropic work, voluntary work, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, prominence and as a ‘change agent’. A healthcare entrepreneur, educator, and community development advocate, Dr. Davidson is from the parish of Westmoreland, Jamaica and a resident of California for over 35 years. A graduate of Church Teachers’ College in Mandeville, he was awarded a Jamaican Commonwealth scholarship in 1984 to the Edith Cowan University in Perth, Western Australia. WORKED AS EDUCATOR He attended universities in the USA, earning degrees up to a doctorate in business and healthcare management. Dr Davidson worked as an educator for over 10 years before moving to start his own business in healthcare service and management for more than 30 years now as well as working as an administrator in home health, hospice, non- medical care services, health and rehabilitation specialist. Dr Davidson is an expert in international business, strategic management, technological development, management and marketing. Dr Davidson and his team were instrumental in capturing and docu- menting the work of the National Association of Jamaican and Supporting Organizations (NAJASO) for over forty years in the book, “NAJASO, A Catalyst for Change” .
